Refunds are allowed only before the trip is confirmed.
Your trip will be confirmed by email after we receive the advance payment. Until you receive this confirmation email, the advance amount can be refunded.
Once the trip is confirmed, full payment is required. No payments can be refunded after confirmation, as the money is paid to third-party vendors to secure bookings.
Any approved refund will be processed and credited back within 15–20 business days.
